Michael Ludbrook
General Manager

Michael has had extensive senior management and governance experience. Some of Michael’s roles have included CEO of the Tauranga Public Hospital, Chairman of the Waikato District Health Board and Chairman of District Health Boards of New Zealand (DHBNZ).

Janet Keys
Clinical and Operations Manager

Janet has been a Nurse Manager in various settings, and has been employed by Norfolk Southern Cross since 2003. Janet was involved in the planning and start-up of Grace Hospital, and has completed her Masters Degree in Health Service Management.

Keely Rackham
Ward Manager

Keely previously worked in ICU at Greenlane Hospital, and as Duty Manager at Starship and Waitakere Hospitals. She has been a registered nurse since 1989. Keely came to our Grace Road hospital in 2005 as ward manager, and has continued her role at Grace Hospital. She has now completed her post graduate studies.

Anne Heke
Orthopaedic Theatre Manager

Anne has worked for Norfolk Southern Cross since 1985, having been a registered nurse since 1974, and with her special interest in orthopaedics Anne became a Theatre Manager in 2004.    Her experience is now brought  to Grace Hospital.

Ingrid Fisher
General and Specialties Theatre Manager

Ingrid has been a registered nurse since 1989 and came to us from Tauranga Public Hospital in 2000 to manage our Grace Road theatres. Ingrid’s special interests are urology, general and specialties surgery. She is currently completing post-graduate studies .

Claire Fuller
Infection Control & OSH Nurse

Claire became a registered nurse in 1986 and came to us in 2001. She has held the IC/OSH role since 2008 and has since completed the Graduate Certificate in Infection Prevention and Control. Claire is currently working towards her Post Graduate Certificate in Nursing.

Lou Higgins
Quality Facilititator

Lou has worked for Norfolk Southern Cross since 1987 as a Registered Nurse with a special interest in paediatrics. Lou has been involved in Quality and Risk Management since 2000. More recently she has been instrumental in facilitating quality systems at Grace, achieving a high level of compliance in meeting Health and Disability Standards.

Sue Whitley
Educator

Sue became a registered nurse in 1978 and joined our team in 2004. Sue took on our Educator role in 2007 and has continued her own studies by achieving her Post Graduate Diploma  in 2007 and her Clinical masters degree in Nursing in 2012.
